Mossia Technologies uses the minimum information reasonably needed to review project inquiries, communicate with prospective clients, and operate this website. We do not sell inquiry data or add form submitters to an automatic marketing list.
Information we collect
The project-review form may collect your name, work email, company, website, requested service, project description, timing, landing page, and campaign parameters. Netlify may also process technical request information needed to provide the form, security, and spam-filtering service.
Why we use it
- To assess and respond to your inquiry.
- To prepare discovery questions, a proposal, or an appropriate referral.
- To protect the form and website from abuse.
- To understand which outreach or pages lead to relevant project conversations.
- To retain necessary business and legal records if an engagement begins.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Netlify and the launch form uses Netlify Forms. Submission notifications are sent to Mossia's business email. If transactional email is added later, it may be sent through Amazon Simple Email Service from server-side code. Mossia does not place AWS credentials or private form data in browser code.
International processing
Mossia operates from Pakistan and serves international clients. Hosting, form, and email providers may process information in other countries. Where a contract or law requires additional transfer terms, those terms should be agreed before sensitive project information is exchanged.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive inquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months so that Mossia can understand the conversation and avoid asking you to repeat context. Information connected to a client engagement may be retained longer for contractual, accounting, security, or legal needs. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or minimized.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Mossia holds, request correction or deletion, or object to further contact. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and analytics
The launch website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Basic hosting and security systems may use essential technical mechanisms. If non-essential analytics or embedded services are added later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Do not send sensitive data through the form
Do not send passwords, private keys, API tokens, payment details, national identity numbers, patient information, full production datasets, or confidential documents through the public project form. Mossia will establish a more appropriate transfer method if technical review requires protected material.
