Provider scope
Provider status is verified one connection at a time.
Public bill lookup does not automatically permit third-party automated retrieval or redistribution. Before launch, each provider is checked for terms, identifiers, access controls, available fields, refresh patterns, failure behavior, and long-term maintenance.

Demonstrated means the retrieval or parsing path has worked in implementation; it does not mean the provider is approved for a public production launch. Mossia Bills is not affiliated with WAPDA, PITC, any electricity distribution company, SNGPL, SSGC, or K-Electric. Payments remain with official providers or banks.

Privacy and control
Utility identifiers deserve careful handling.
The planned application will require the user to confirm ownership or authorization, mask identifiers in the interface and messages, encrypt sensitive values, limit server-side access, record consent and opt-outs, prevent account enumeration, and provide permanent deletion.
No national identity number, payment card, bank credential, or unnecessary property data is needed. Bill PDFs will not be retained indefinitely by default. A public beta will open only after privacy, security, and legal requirements are documented and approved.

Can I pay bills through Mossia Bills?
No. The planned MVP organizes bill information and links to official viewing or payment routes. It will not receive or reconcile payments.
Is automatic retrieval available now?
Not yet. The service is in feasibility and early-interest stage. Each provider must pass permission, reliability, data, failure, and maintenance checks before it is labeled live.
Will my full reference number appear in email or WhatsApp?
No. Identifiers are intended to be masked throughout the interface, logs, support tools, email, and WhatsApp.
